The walk up to the cache is on a very well signposted trail however
it requires you to cross a small river at least 10 times. There is
much scrambling over areas of rocks. A great hike though.
Park at the Trout Farm just north of Platres at N 34 53.749, E
32 52.111 and take the path to the left of the restaurant.
The cache is a white 35mm film can and only contains a logsheet
and pencil.
This cache was originall placed by The Hornet, but I have taken
it over for him as he can no longer service it form the UK.
I have replaced the log (6th March 2006) as the old one was
full.
As always in Cyprus be aware of snakes especially when looking
under rocks and in trees. Make lots of noise and you should never
see one.
