Super Glow Cache Traditional Geocache
Dominic: Based on reports rom recent geocachers, it is time to archive this cache. The terrain seems worn and needs time to recover and the cache has not been found in some months.
Perhaps if the terrain recovers I will place a cache here in the future for all to enjoy! Thanks to all who had visited this cache. I wish it did not go missing because it would have been great to recover the log book and read all the stories from you.

Ok, the cache doesn't glow!...It gets the
name from nearby San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant :)
(admission to the park is now reported to be $10, might be less during offseason)
Overall Difficulty: 3
Terrain Difficulty: 3 (last hundred feet or so turn this into a 3)
Spoiler Info (highlight text below to read)
You can locate the Super Glow Cache by taking 5 freeway to the Basilone Rd.
Exit. The cache is south of the nuclear power plant. Easiest hike is from trail 2.
There is a $6 entrance fee to the park. This is a good place to spend the
day at the beach, but you will likely need jeans and sneakers or hiking shoes
for locating the cache. Hike is only about 15 minutes to the cache, but the
last couple hundred feet to the cache is challenging and off the trail.
You are looking for a plastic container shaped like a 1 1/2 lb. bread loaf.
Good Luck!!!
