you to the actual cache!
You MUST find the Travel Bug that is in the Tampa Bay area
to get the proper coordinates to the cache!
To gain access to this cache you must find THE TAMPA KEY travel bug that is bouncing around the Tampa Bay area.
This travel bug will have coordinates that will point you to your final cache
destination.
Once you find THE TAMPA KEY travel bug you will need
to place it back in a DIFFERENT CACHE within the Tampa Bay area.
Please DO NOT place this bug in its own cache! This will defeat the purpose of the cache! Also be sure to LOG the travel bug to let other cachers know that it has been moved.
ABOUT THE CACHE:
The cache is a standard 50mm ammo box. (Use THE TAMPA KEY travel bug to gain access)
The cache is located in a remote nature preserve, and must be done with foot traffic only. The walk to the cache will be less than one mile round trip.
Please be sure to watch out for the critters that are native to all preserves in Florida. Although when hiding this cache none were seen... We all know
that they are there! There is no reason to bushwhack, or disturb anything. Your GPS will guide you from the parking area(coords are also provided on the travel bug), and from there you will remain on the trails until the last few feet.
This location is like many others that are in need of a good cleaning, so be
sure to bring a trash bag to participate in the Cache In/Trash Out activities.
As you leave the preserve there is a trash container near where you parked to
dispose of your garbage.
