Geocache Description:

An all day event at the Belleplain State Forest on Saturday May 3rd 2003.

The picnic will be held rain or shine ,so bring your rain gear just in case. All gecachers and their families are welcome and there is no charge to enter the park at this time of year. Please observe all posted park rules and cache-in trash-out when possible.

The above coordinates will lead you to the Lake Nummy Pavillion where we will be having an all day picnic, organized geocache event, and a meeting at 5:00pm. There are over a dozen new caches of varying difficulty hidden already by your fellow geocachers for you to find. The cache sheets for the new geocaches can be picked up from us at the pavillion anytime after 7:00am and you can try to find as many as you can before meeting back at the pavillion at 5:00pm for prizes and to meet your fellow geocachers. The pavillion is adjacent to restrooms, playgrounds, payphones, and a large parking lot with a handicap ramp leading to the pavillion. We have posted a link below for more recreational activities offered at this park. Limited picnic food and drink will be available,so anything else you can bring would be appreciated. We hope to see you there!
