Geocache Description:

Located in easy to get to places - but wear comfortable shoes

Okay, first off this is a virtual cache so the only prize at the end is perhaps some knowledge, a little exercise and maybe some grub at the local restaurant. This hunt is going to call for a little sleuthing, a keen eye and some mathematical skill. One assumption has to be made and that is all the co-ordinates of all points are the same hemispheres (duh!) and degrees as the first location. All of the mystery numbers are four digits in length. Allow yourself a couple of hours to complete this hunt.

First Stop: At the first location (coordinates above) you will find the four-digit number. You'll know it's the right number because the digits will add up to 26. Take the digits that make up this number and reverse them, now take this number and divide it by 1,000. Let's call this number "X". To find the latitude of the next location you must add 42.108 to X and for the longitude you add 36.188 to X.

Second Stop: This number is probably obscured a little and on a much smaller scale than the first, but is attached to something used for the same purpose as the first stop. You'll know you've found the right number because the digits add up to 20 this time. The formula is the same as before, reverse the number and divide by 1,000. To this number add 42.827 for lat and 45.023 for lon of the next stop.

Third Stop: This number is set a ways back from the closest vantage point but should be clearly visible - which is good because I believe it is on private lands. The sum of the digits is 13. Same formula as before, reverse digits, divide by 1,000, add 48.926 for lat and 50.487 for lon. The next stop is nearby!

Fourth Stop: There's no doubt about this stop, the number is clearly visible and the sum of the digits are 17. What's all this about? The next and final location tells all. Same formula, reverse digits, divide by 1,000 and add 46.779 for lat and 46.635 for lon.

Fifth Stop: Ah, now I know! - let's go eat!
