Geocache Description:

I had a real hard time naming the cache because the powers that be were so condescending about the way they went about how they do things. The place that I am bring you to is a Africa American slave cemetery, the city went way above doing the right thing almost . The same parallel situation was going on down the road a little, but with a big twist. The slave cemetery was in the middle of where they wanted to widen and make a new road from two lanes to four. After a little compromising they split the road to go around the cemetery and even rebuilt it ( will talk about that later it) along with a pull off in the middle so anyone could excess it without fear of getting ran over. Now the other one is less than a mile away, same city, Graves were found of American Indians, the Indian community did not want the graves moved either. So the powers that be decided to pour a concrete pad over the top on them and pave it. So they are still in the middle of a four lane road. At this time after checking, there is no plan for a pull off or marker placed.

Now back to the rebuilding of the cemetery. This part of the country there are dry stacked stone walls affectionately called slave walls everywhere , even all the graves are marked with the same type of stone, but the city rebuilt that part of the cemetery wall with bricko blocks and covered them with field stone. In the middle of this road are also walls built the old way. Strange Hu

Around here you smack your ma ma, or mess with a slave wall and you are going to jail.

THE SILVER BULLET SERIES these are places that are unique and interesting and sometimes bizarre, but not quite up to virtual status quo but are very unusual just the same. You are looking for a silver bision tube These are all places I bet you have never been to or seen, and if you have please say so in your log.
