mtn-man: The bald eagle habitat it a very big issue. Several caches have been archived because of that problem. This one needs to follow that same path.
Cache owner, please remove this cache ASAP. The USFWS is actively asking that caches be removed or they are removing caches themselves. Please be proactive and responsible and have the cache removed before they have to go and get it. It would reflect better on geocaching if you were to take care of it yourself.
