Beaver Dam Mt. Range. 20 miles desert road. Pleasure car will make
it with a few rough spots the last 2 miles.
When you turn North off the main road, watch for the DL Ranch in a
valley on your left. This is where the old time gangsters from Las
Vegas brought their enemys to dispose of them. When you get to the
bottom of the canyon, park and hike the old jeep trail wash unless
you have an ATV) for about a half mile. The cache is about 155 feet
off the wash. Look for an old fire pit. This is a great hunting
area. If you are still ambitious, hike for another 2 miles to the
old Goldstrike Mine. The cache is in the rocks. Have fun, take the
family.
