UI Arboretum provides a sweeping vista of the Palouse countryside.
There is no need to leave the trail system to find this virtual cache. Please respect the need to preserve the varied plants around the area.
If UI classes are in session, parking on the north (by the golf course) may be difficult. You can always find parking south of the Arb in the lot off W. Palouse River Drive, accessible from US 95.
Enjoy both the micro and the macro views available as you walk around the Arb. This is a great trip for families (but no dogs) at any time of the year.
