Drop site used by convicted spy Robert Hanssen.
After perpetrating what is recognized as the worst case of espionage in FBI history, Robert Hanssen was arrested on February 18, 2001 and is currently serving a life sentence in Federal prison. He provided highly sensitive intelligence and information on electronic surveillance to the Russians for $1.4 million in cash and diamonds. You are searching for one of the drop sites where Hanssen left the information and where he picked up his payments. It is a foot bridge.

Be sure to go see the movie, "Breach", about the whole Hanssen affair. The foot bridge depicted in the movie is not the exact one in this geocache but I believe there were quite a few drop sites used.
In keeping with the high security level of this cache, you must upload a small photo showing yourself standing on the bridge. All other logs will be deleted. Remember, you need to actually visit a virtual cache to get credit!
