The cache is located near to a very remarkable spot of
Vértesszõlõs. The cave of Samu, the prehistoric man, is lying there
with the corpse and a lot of tools he used. The cache site is
outside the exhibition area, you don't have to buy a ticket, it's
worth a visit though. The hiding place is a hollow by the top of an
abandoned mine on the other side of the wooden fence.
Opening hours:
Tue – Fri between 1st Apr – 31st Oct: 10-15,
Holidays between 1st Apr – 31st Aug: 10-18,
between 1st Sep – 30th Sep: 10-17,
between 1st Oct – 31st Oct: 10-16.
Samu is waiting breathlessly for the treasure-hunters.
