Located in new Northwest Park. There are playgrounds, ballfields, nature trails, shelters, ponds, etc. The entrance to the park is located on Deer Park rd., approx. 1/4 mile north of Lyon's Mill rd. (Also, during the winter, the gate may only be open on weekends, just park outside the gate if locked) There is also a gate on Lyon's Mill Rd but it is usually locked and doesn't bring you to the center of the park.
After seeing this nice park which opened in 2002, I just had to hide a cache here to invite others to it. Again, this park is fairly new and it's in great shape. All the facilities are fresh and clean. I think this park will gain popularity very fast over the next few years. Once you enter the park, de-car and walk around the baseball fields (you can not cut through them as the gate is locked at the gazebo). The cache is in a green ammo box. elevation = 628ft above sea level

golf balls, $2 bill, batteries, Ocean City NJ sand, zip ties, many small toys and other goodies.
I think the gates are locked at dusk so be careful not to get locked in. The name of the cache is a hint in itself. I hide this cache with small kids in mind as it is just off the path with only a few prickers. Be sure to visit my other cache in the park, family delight II as well as cahces nearby from others, all within easy walking distance. (since this is a new and clean park, let's keep it that way, how about caching-in and trashing-out!)
This is called Fisher's because the cache used to be in a Fisher popcorn tub but it didn't hold up so it was replaced with an ammo box Happy caching!!!
