LK-MiniCache #003
I've decided to place a series of mini-caches that are not based on some idea or location but rather on the fact that while observing a particular container I decided that it was just the perfect size and configuration to be a mini-cache. In short, this container just cried out to be used as a cache. So each of these will use the same type container, although they will differ in color, and will be hidden in places suitable for them, and each one will have only a small log and a pencil.
Once you find one of them you will know what you're looking for, just not where.
Since these hunts will be pretty simple there will be only limited hints for them unless I discover a location hidden well enough to have been devised by the ½ Whit.

Time for a safety update to this cache.
There is no need to go outside of the fenced area, that will place you too close to traffic. I repeat, don’t play in traffic! The cache is safely inside the fenced area and you do not need to walk into the area with the 'No Trespassing' sign. Also if you’re picking up anything you are generally working too hard.
Time to prune and update this listing. Once again the cache had drifted away from it's intended location.
It has been moved back and still once again can be seen from the appropriate direction without moving a single rock though sometimes leaves may cover it, you may have to move one to get your hand on it. Please carefully replace the container to it's original location and make sure it can still be seen as there have been complaints recently that the cache has been completely covered. I come out here from time to time to check on it but I can't monitor it every day. Thanks for everyone's help.
Due to a few questions I wanted to comment as well.
Once upon a time, when this cache was placed, you Could see the waterfall. There was even a small pond. All that has changed by the lack of municipal maintenance to this area. I placed the cache container in, what then was, a good viewing location AND close enough to parking that you could Almost make the find from your car. For now I plan to leave it where it is rather than find a new spot for it.
(6-29-2016) Another update is in order
As I look at the map on the cache page I see that the road is shown in the wrong place and the cache appears to be on the other side of the road from where it really is.
When you are using your GPS this should not be the case. Even on my phone GPS the cache is Very close to the listed coordinates well with-in the design limits of our units.
