Geocache Description:

This site is an area that was recently open to public access after the federal government spent 100's of millions of dollars on it. This is now one of the highest points in St. Charles county which gives you a great view on a clear day. There are millions of hiding places for caches here but rooting among the rocks is not advisable here, that is why this is a virtual cache. There are four plaques, read them them to answer these questions:

How much waste is contained here?

What three towns were lost when the ordnance plant was opened?

How long is this site designed to be stable for?

What is the elevation listed?

Please email me the answers to prove you made the climb up.

NOTE: This cache sight is accessible only during daylight hours. Tours are available at visitors center which is open Monday through Saturday. Visitors center is closed on Sundays and holidays but the cache site is still accessible.
