Geocache Description:

26 May 2023, 19:30 - 20:15

Since there are going to be a LOT of folks at MSU for the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals (May 24-27), it seemed like a good idea to schedule an event in Lansing. We have to figure that some reasonable number (*) of the cachers will be there as judges, participants, or parent volunteers. If you add in the local cachers, there are enough folks to make this worth everyone's while.

I picked the parking lot at the stadium because is a large building that even I should be able to find. Based on email conversations with some of the locals, parking should be available at this time. But since this *IS* a college campus, you won't want to leave your geo-mobile there for a long period of time.

There are a number of caches of various flavors around campus. I am probably going to try and to grab some of them afterwards, heading toward GC1R8MW to go after that night cache. This is totally after the event and is not required for attendance, but you are more than welcome to come along.

For the locals, please note that the name of the event was chosen quite deliberately. Teams in OotM compete in one of five (5) different problems, so asking a paricipant, "What's your problem?" is another way of finding out about them. It really only works with this group, so you MIGHT not want to try this as a general strategy.

(*) OK, at least one
