Geocache Description:

A road in rural Leon County constructed with unusual materials.

Necessity is the mother of invention. This road is on the border of a rural community known locally as "Dirty Spoon". I don't know the entire story behind this road, but three hips and one big hurrah for the residents along this road who about 25 years ago, took matters into their own hands, solved their own problem, and found a unique use for a common construction waste product.

In this neighborhood, there are also several backyards treated in the same way.

To verify your find, e-mail me, identifying the unique material used to construct this road, and the name of the person on the monument at the intersection with the main highway. Please don't post your answer here even if encrypted.
