5:00 - Event officially starts
5:05 - Host introduction/words of wisdom/Thanks and appreciation for 10 years of amazing events.
5:30 - New Finishers who have not signed the giant Texas Board will line up to sign the final year.
TBD - Previous finishers will sign the back as in years previous.
6:30 - Group Photo will be taken in the intersection of Center and Tyler standing on the giant Star!
6:45 - Show the Samples of the Texas County Challenge Finisher Coin and take Pre Orders
7:00 to 9:00 - hangout, talk Texas Geocaching, Enjoy eachothers company

Notes:
- This event will be both indoor and outdoor. We have arranged to have barracades out and block off the intersection and part of the roads at Center and Tyler. If you park inside the baracades before they are put up, you will be stuck till they are taken down at 9 PM. If you think you might want to leave before then, please park down the road from the intersection and outside of where the baracades are staged. There are two lots marked as a parking waypoint on the cache page that will be available for parking.
- You will be aloud to take your adult beverages outside of the establishment as long as you stay within the baracades.
- This event will be family (minors under 21) friendly, but they MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash at all times, no dogs indoors.
- I was told there will be food trucks here, but feel free to bring in your own food to the event.
- No outside alcohol of any kind is permitted to be consumed at this event.
It's that time again! Another year has come and gone, and we have added more finishers names to the honored pages of THE logbook. Last years finisher event ended with 284 finishers of this epic challenge. This year we have added another 22 names to those honored scrolls! We have continued to climb and now have 306 finishers!!! It is truly amazing how many cachers have committed to this challenge cache, and for that reason is why we have a TCC Finishers Reunion!

Please bring your finishers T-shirt with you so that we can wear them for the group photos that I will take with my drone.
All cachers will be able to log an attended log if they attend the event! Finishers of the TCC that attend the event will sign the giant Texas board as they have in years past! If you are a finisher since the last event, please know which county was #254 for you, that way you can sign in the correct county on the front of the board! If you are a finisher that has already signed the front of the board, we will have a section to sign on the back as in years previous.
