The trail has now left the Biodiversity Station trail and continues at Alvor Estuary. This is an excellent area for bird-watching. Species that can be seen are e.g. Flamingo, Black-Winged Stilts, Spoonbill, Stone-curlew and diffrent kinds of Tern.
Be careful not to step in cow dung along the path.
