(FR) Le Petit Dan - La multi
Le Dan est une petite rivière du Calvados prenant sa source à Anisy et se jettant dans le canal de Caen à la mer au bout de 21 kilomètres, sur le territoire d'Hérouville Saint Clair. Au passage, il arrose les communes de Mathieu, Périers-sur-le-Dan, Biéville-Beuville et Blainville-sur-Orne.
Le Dan se divise et donne une branche, le Petit Dan, qui traverse le domaine de Beauregard et arrive pour se jeter dans le canal de Caen à la mer où un barrage le dévie sur la rive gauche. Le Petit Dan et le Dan se réunissent pour suivre le canal sur la rive gauche et rejoindre Ouistreham par des terrains marécageux. Cette cache se situe près du Petit Dan.
