The 103nd 3TIE event will be January 17, 2023 from 6PM to 8PM at the Panera restaurant in Eldersburg.
DO NOT BE CONFUSED, please! The time and date for this event have changed. It was originally scheduled for December 20, 2022 but it's moving to January 17, 2023. The reason for the change is that a Community Celebration Event is being held at the same time and location instead. Since CCEs are limited in number and will expire at the end of 2022, it makes sense not to waste any. So the December 20, 2022 3TIE is now a Community Celebration Event with the primary host being yellowrose70. Otherwise pretty much what you'd expect.
With that explained, hopefully, perhaps we can think about where Geocaching will lead us in the New Year. It is literally true that Geocaching can take a person anywhere in the world. And for some amazing people it has and does! But then it is also true that there is more to life than "finding Tupperware in the woods." So where is the proper balance? Maybe we can discuss this? It would be great to hear your Geocaching plans for 2023.
