Ota lamppu mukaan, se on hyödyllinen myös kirkkaalla
päivällä! Keväällä voi sen lisäksi paikalla olla vettä
runsaastikin, joten esimerkiksi huhtikuussa ja toukokuussa
kannattaa ottaa lisäksi saappaat mukaan. Vettä voi olla
paljon myös muinakin aikoina, joten muulloinkin voi saappaat ottaa
varuulle mukaan!
Koordinaateista N62° 38.676' E25° 29.753' lähtee kätkölle
johtava tie, jonka loppuosuutta kätköpaikalle ei tosin talvisin
normaalisti aurata. Hyvin lähelle tunnelia pääsee autolla, mutta
harkintaa kannattaa kuitenkin käyttää olosuhteiden ja auton
ominaisuuksien mukaan. Talven aikana helpommin paikalle saattaa
päästä rautatietä pitkin kävellen Saviniementieltä, koordinaateista
N62° 38.509' E25° 29.766'. Junaliikenne on hyvin vähäistä, mutta
aina kannattaa tietenkin olla varuillaan.
Säiliötä tarkastellessa tarkan kätköpaikan unohtaminen on
helppoa, varsinkin jos menet tunnelista ulos saadaksesi valoa. Sen
takia kiinnitä huomiota että laitat laatikon takaisin samaan
koloon, kuin mistä löysit sen! Kätkö on pienehkö valkoinen
muovilaatikko.
Jos kätköpaikka oli kiinnostava, kannattaa lähteä etsimään myös
lähtöpisteeltään lähellä olevaa Lutusen kätköä GC1EBVZ,
jossa pääsee tutustumaan lukuisiin vastaavanlaisiin
rakennelmiin.
Lähistöltä löytyy myös vesilähde, josta voi janoinen
geokätköilijä käydä hakemassa vettä. Paikalla on yleensä ollut pari
mukia, jos omaa ei ole mukana.
Bring along a flashlight, it will be useful even if it is
a bright day! Also, the place is often flooded during the spring
time, so rubber boots can be very useful for example in
April and May. There might also be lots of water in other months,
so it may not be a bad idea to take rubber boots with you at any
time of the year!
The road connection to the cache can be found at N62° 38.676'
E25° 29.753', of which the final stretch to the cache site is
normally not cleared of snow in the winter time. It is possible to
come very close to the tunnel with a car, but discretion is advised
based on the road condition and the properties of the automobile.
During winter it might be easier to reach the place by walking
along the railway from N62° 38.509' E25° 29.766'. The train traffic
is very light, but of course caution is an advisable thing.
It can be easy to forget the exact hiding place while you
examine the box, especially if you go out of the tunnel to get some
light. Therefore pay attention that you replace the cache in
the same hole as where you found it! The cache is a rather small
white plastic box.

In the vicinity of the cache, there is a spring with delicious
water for the thirsty geocacher. Usually, there have been a couple
of mugs at the spring in case you're not carrying one of your
own.
