A DAY IN THE PARK

On Saturday October 1^st, 2022, we will be hosting an event for one last Day in the Park before the snow flies. We plan to meet from 10:30 a.m. until noon(ish) in the Benton Township Park Pavilion. We will be providing pizza, pop, cookies, eating utensils and perhaps more. I wouldn’t be surprised if a few new geocaches appear in the area.

The park has an approximate one-mile walking trail, horseshoe pits, basketball, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts. It also has playground equipment for the young ones, a nine-hole disc golf course, drinking fountains and restrooms.

We hope you are able to join us. If you plan to attend, please log your ‘Will Attend’ with the number in your party. This will help us make sure we have enough pizza for all.

Since it is under a covered Pavilion it will go on, rain or shine.
