Nestled inside the beautiful Clinton Nature Presrve lies a cache that is full of goodies. Just a short hike from the parking area, this cache should be accessible by most. There are benches along the way and the trail leading to the cache is smooth with just a few gentle slopes. No climbing or major trails for this one. You can choose the short way in or the long way around. The choice is yours.
The cache is in a small waterproof box. Please make sure to sign the log, take a goodie and leave one too. After you are done, please clamp the lid back down and relocate it just as you found it. I live close by so the box will be maintained as needed.
Permission to place the cache was granted by the Douglas County Park Manager. As such, the box is labeled as a geocache and the manager has the exact location. Please don't remove from it's original site.
