Come out and celebrate International Geocaching Day 2022 with us and do your part to try and set a new Geocaching World Record. International Geocaching Day has traditionally been the third Saturday in August. This year all geocachers are being called to help break the record for the most explorers out caching in a single day. The current record is 126,833 logging a cache find on August 11, 2013. To help break the record you need to log a cache find, Adventure Lab location, or event. Only one log per geocacher counts, so come hang out for a little bit and log your find.
Kannapolis is not a very big city, but you can find something to eat and the local brewery will open up at 12. The coordinates will bring you to the picnic tables inside the Cannon Ballers ballpark.
