Come along to the Kent County Cachers monthly meet on Minster Leas beach, Isle of Sheppey to meet with other local cachers and talk about all things geocaching, whether you're stuck on how to solve a particular puzzle, can't find that elusive container, want to find someone to walk a series with or just enjoy a chat with like-minded people.
Everyone is welcome, whether you've found just 1 cache, 1,000 or 10,000.
Bring a picnic, beach ball, boat, bathing costume or whatever else you fancy. High tide is at 13:42 so it won’t be far to go for a swim or a paddle! Dogs are allowed on this end of the beach so you can bring your furry friends too.
There are no facilities nearby though, so bring everything you need, or be prepared for a 900m walk to the nearest cafe, ice cream van and toilets (by the Main Parking point, so you could stop there on your way to the event). There are lots of benches on the promenade, or bring a deckchair for the beach. Feel free to stay longer than the end of the meet if you’re having lots of fun!
