Este Geocache foi publicado durante a primavera de 2022 e faz parte de uma versão limitada de geocaches virtuais que tive o privilégio de adquirir… Há cem lugares que eu poderia ter escolhido, mas sem hesitação, achei este o local perfeito para colocar este virtual… Além de ser uma estrutura antiga, bem feita e bonita, também tem um valor sentimental… Aqui, passei bons momentos durante a infância, onde brincava com amigos nas tardes de Domingo...
A cache vem dar a conhecer o Arquinho (Arcum Solium), uma pequena e bela ponte Romana sobre a ribeira de Arcossó... Esta estrutura demostra características arquitetónicas com aduelas em arco e a “chave” ao centro, muito típicas dos Romanos... Situa-se precisamente no lugar do Amêdo, entre as aldeias de Vila Verde da Raia e Santo Estêvão... Existem vários caminhos que dão acesso ao GZ... Qualquer um deles serve, mas de carro pode ser difícil chegar bem perto... Em qualquer forma, esteja preparado para andar o necessário... Tome nota, como o nome da localidade indica, pode dar a sensação de medo quem passar por estas terras…

This Geocache was published during the spring of 2022 and is part of a limited version of virtual geocaches that I had the honor to receive… There are one hundred places I could have chosen, but without hesitation, I thought this was the perfect place to put this virtual… Besides being an old structure, well made and beautiful, it also has sentimental value... Here, I spent good times during my childhood, where I played with friends on Sunday afternoons...
The cache will bring you to the "Arquinho" (Arcum Solium), a small and beautiful Roman bridge over the Arcossó stream... This structure shows architectural features with arched voussoir and the "keystone" in the center, very typical of the Romans... It is located precisely in a place called Amêdo, between the villages of Vila Verde da Raia and Santo Estêvão... There are several dirt paths that give access to GZ... Any of them will do, but by car it can be difficult to get very close... Either way, be prepared to walk the necessary... Take note, as the name of the place indicates, Amêdo comes from the Portuguese word 'medo' or fear, it can give this feeling to anyone passing through this land...
