Hedges and Edges at Hucclecote Meadows
Parking: There is some on street parking opposite the reserve on Laxton Road (or in many of the other side streets nearby).
Where: We will meet by the main entrance or find us in the Meadows.
What: We will be trimming hedges and bramble from the edges of the grassland.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and any necessary tools.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
We are encouraging individuals to work in their own groups and socially distance where possible from any other groups. We ask you to bring your own gloves and where appropriate tools, so if you have shears, loppers and secateurs please do bring them along. Don't worry if you don't have them as the ranger will have a supply, we just ask that you don't share tools outside of your groups.
