60 Years & 10 Years & 10,000+ Smiles! 

Unbelievable!  Time sure flies when you're having fun. I have made so many friends, seen so many fantastic views, been to some awesome places. Now I see why they call our finds Smilies!

This day is my 60th birthday, I've been geocaching for over 10 years and I'm celebrating over 10,000 finds. I hit the 10 years of caching when I found my first smilie on October 8, 2011 and I hit 10,000 finds on November 11, 2021.  I'm inviting you to my yard for a campfire, hot dogs, soda pop, adult beverages for those of age, s'mores, and good ol' friendship and story swapping.  Bring a camp chair and a couple stories. We will be having an official story swap time at the fire.  There may also be a couple prizes to give away.

Please post your Will Attend for planning purposes and also to receive updates if things change like location or time.  I will be going to the Summerstock picnic in Valparaiso, Indiana earlier in the day and will just be getting back a couple hours before this event. 

Festivities start at 8:00 p.m. and will go officially until 10:00 p.m. but you can stay until the fire dies if you wish. No overnight accommodations, sorry
