I can't be sworn in as mayor without them. But I can't go looking for them, either! There's some sort of dreadful vulture guarding the area, I daren't get too close to Oogie Boogie's neighborhood, and Dr. Finklestein said he'd electrocute me if I ruined another one of his experiments!
But you're always crawling around unpleasant areas and such. I'm sure you could get my hat, tie, and badge back for me without any problems, couldn't you? Besides, I've got to get started on the plans for next Halloween...
