Welcome to First Thursdays in Columbia (FTIC)!
This is a monthly event on the first Thursday of every month in Columbia, Maryland. Everyone is welcome! We've been sharing caching stories together at this event since June 2017. We use this event to meet fellow cachers, plan trips, recommend caches, give tips, and just enjoy each other's company. This month, we will be meeting on Thursday, December 2nd from 6:30PM-8:00PM.
We will be in a little outdoor seating area next to a couple of office buildings on the edge of a parking lot at the Mall in Columbia. There is plenty of parking close by, either in the mall lot or an adjacent parking garage. The parking garage will be used in case of inclement weather.
There are a number of outdoor benches to sit on in the gathering area, but you may want to bring a chair if it looks like we would be in the parking garage. There will also be a few prizes to give away this month, either by raffle or some other game yet-to-be-determined.
Attendees should follow all current guidelines regarding mask/face coverings to protect others, and practice social distancing guidelines. Let's be respectful and help keep each other feeling comfortable and safe.
