About SideTracked Caches
This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. It's a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. Penscynor Halt was a station on the former Neath and Brecon line. It still exists for coal trains as far as Onllwyn Washery.
It opened by GWR 1 August 1929 and closed 15 October 1962
