Conspicuously located on the National Mall. This location is easy to navigate.
Did you know that much of south Washington DC was reclaimed from the Potomic River? Two-hundred year ago, when the city was being constructed, a number of our nations politicians, not so affectionately, referred to the city as, "The Swamp."
The coorinates mark a location that harkens back to those days.
