If you are on the beach you are way off. Elevation of this cache is 68ft. Access the location easily from a dirt road (with black gate) on the right off the main road up the hill further towards the Fundy Trail.
I thought this went without saying just by looking but apparently not. This is NOT a cache that you can drive to!!! Park just inside the open gate; you will see a sort of turn around area just after you turn off the main road. After that it is just an ATV road so WALK!!!

2019 UPDATE: After 17 years in the same location this cache needed to be moved. The original area that was almost unknown 17 years ago when Doctor Livingston placed this cache is now being visited regularly by tourists climbing the rocks at low tide and as a result the cache disappeared. I have moved it to the other side of the cove, still overlooking the caves with a fantastic view as Doc intended.
2023 UPDATE: Found a better hiding spot about 30' from the previous spot. Cache is a regular size camo'd PB jar but the log sheet is inside a micro container to keep it dry. A hook on the cache container hooks into an eye screw so PLEASE take the time to replace it the same way. NOT WINTER FRIENDLY.
