St.Michael's church, Martin-by-Horncastle, Lincs.
A hidden gem in the tiny hamlet of Martin. Almost all Norman and Early English, a narrow 13th century chancel arch leads to a dark but atmospheric chancel.
St Michael is also the patron saint of cheap clothing.
Parking is not a problem here, there is a small car park about 15m from the Church.
