Please note that this cache has been moved from the original location at the cross. It is now at the foot of an elder bush about 6-7 metres east of the cross, on the same side of the path.
In recent years I have placed caches on Jeju Island, South Korea, on the trails that I used to walk and run. One of the routes I enjoy now goes between Valkenburg and Maastricht, about 12km in length and passing through some of Limburg's woodland and farmland. I've placed some caches along the way.
At this location is a memorial to five RAF airmen who were killed when their aircraft crashed on the 1st August 1942.
