Mit dem Pavillon im Park vom Circle ergibt sich unser erster eigener Cache 
Mit den diversen Besucherattraktionen und eigenen Parkführungen etabliert sich der im November 2020 wiedereröffnete Park als zusätzliches Ausflugsziel am Flughafen Zürich. Inmitten einer urbanen Geschäftswelt mit einem vielseitigen Gastro-, Shopping- und Dienstleistungsangebot und der allgegenwärtigen Faszination Fliegen, steht der Park ganz im Zeichen von Naturerlebnissen.
Ursprünglich war der Höhenzug eine mit dem Klotener Holberg verbundene Gletschermoräne aus der Eiszeit. Mit dem Bau des Autobahnrings wurde die Moräne in zwei Teile geteilt, durch den Kiesabbau und die Aufschüttung mit Aushubmaterial vom Bau des Pistensystems und Flughafenbahnhof im Jahr 1960 bildete sich der Butzenbüelhügel. Heute befindet sich auf ca. 450 m.ü.M. am höchsten Punkt eine sogenannte Himmelsplattform, wo sich in den warmen Monate der Himmel und die vorbeifliegenden Flugzeuge auf der Oberfläche des Wasserspiels.

Der kleine Cache befindet sich gut geschützt an einem der lauschigsten Plätzchen im Park. Du brauchst keine Werkzeuge, nur ein aufmerksames Auge und eigenes Schreibmaterial! Und Achtung vor den Muggeln…

Originally, this mound was connected to the Klotener Holberg as a glacial moraine from the Ice Age. With the construction of the motorway ring, the moraine was divided into two parts. The Butzenbüel hill was further formed by gravel extraction and the backfilling with excavated material from the construction of the runway system and airport railway station in 1960. Today, at about 450 m above sea level - the highest point in the Park - there is a so-called sky platform, where the sky and passing aero planes are reflected on the surface of the water feature during the warmer months of the year.

This small cache is well protected at one of the most secluded spots in the park. You don't need any tools, just an alert eye and your own pen! And beware of the Muggles...
