My beloved wife passed away inexpectedly in December of 2021
Although it's extremely unlikely that you will see a Blue Heron here in winter, if you are fortunate you'll spot one in this pocket park during early summer or fall. They are large beautiful birds that migrate to a warmer climate for the cold Michigan Winters. They are distinctive and have long legs, necks and bills.
This is a somewhat urban area so stealth is required.
