Halvergate has a Village Hall, owned by the Parish Council but run by the Village Hall Committee and which has various functions and activities throughout the year. There is also a very active Playing Field Association (Halvergate Playing Field Association). This is called the Queen Elizabeth II Playing Field or Halvergate QEII Playing Field!
