It’s already getting cooler, and darker earlier, but indoors is still not an option. This is, however, the third Wednesday and sunset still doesn’t arrive officially until 8:21. My favourite websites don’t provide any other useful data – like maybe how chilly it might be or how much breeze – but hopefully we can eke out at least one more late summer Valley Cachers’ at the Landscape of Grand Pre View Park.
Let’s get together again, and mingle for an hour on Wednesday, August 19, from 6 – 7. Hopefully we’ll not get blown away as we return to the incredibly beautiful Landscape of Grand Pre View Park. There’s ample parking, limited seating, no shelter or related services but lots of room to mingle while meeting public health guidelines. Most of the restaurants in the area are now serving, both indoors and out, though some on reduced hours. For those who want to eat there are lots of choices to buy local! Feel free to bring snacks, chairs, parkas – whatever might strike your fancy.
