What: Ice cream social
Where: Fort Daniel Conservation Area Pavilion
When: Friday, August 21st from 5:00p.m. until 6:30pm
It's time for our annual ice cream social! Please join us Friday, August 21st at the pavillion at Fort Daniel for some ice cream and good conversation. Ice cream, spoons, napkins and bottled water will be provided. We have the pavillion reserved all day, so if you would like to bring a picnic lunch or dinner, you can eat in the pavillion. We will again be purchasing individual ice cream cups, so please be sure to post your "Will Attend" so we can plan accordingly. We hope to see you there!
The gate to the park closes automatically at sunset, so all attendees must plan to exit before that time. (However, if you don't make it out before the gate closes and you get stuck in the park, you can get a free ride home in a police car and have to walk back the next morning to retrieve your vehicle. Ask us how we know...)
The pavillion is ADA accessible.
I'm sure we're all sick of hearing the COVID-19 disclaimers, but...please practice social distancing and wear a mask while not eating during this event. We're just happy to be able to have an event again! :-) (Note: As this situation evolves, these restrictions may be updated to comply with changes in state and/or local guidelines.)
