Junius W. Hedgecock bought this 40 acre plot of land in 1900, and built the simple Queen Anne style home. Over the years 13 more buildings would be added to create a thriving family tabacco farm.
Come walk or bike the Rich Fork Preserve and explore. This cache does NOT require you to enter any of the buildings; the buildings are very fragile and are fenced off to protect them. A small size container great for some smaller trade items. Be on the look out for muggles.
