Geocache Description:

Izveidojās kā Lielās Jēkaba ielas turpinājums Rīgas citadelē.To pagarināja pēc Rīgas Citadeles aizsargvaļņu norakšanas 1875. gadā un 19. gadsimta beigās pārdēvēja par Puškina bulvāri, bet 1923. gadā par Kronvalda bulvāri. Latvijas vācu okupācijas laikā 1942. gadā nosaukumu vāciskoja par Kronvalda loku, 1944. gadā iela atguva Kronvalda bulvāra nosaukumu.

Slēpnis atrodas publiskā vietā, tāpēc jābūt uzmanīgiem. Koordinātes var būt neprecīzas.

It was formed as a continuation of Lielās Jēkaba Street in the Riga Citadel. During the German occupation of Latvia in 1942, the name was Germanized into the Kronvalda circle, in 1944 the street regained the name of Kronvalda boulevard.

The hide is in a public place, so be careful. Coordinates may be inaccurate.
