Number 1453 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.
The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.
In 2019 durften wir noch in Urlaub fahren, und hatten uns entschlossen, das wunderschöne Rosamunde-Pilcher-Land in unserem feuerroten Mini-Ferrari zu entdecken.
Während der 2 Wochen in Cornwall & Devon mussten natürlich auch ein paar Dosen in Smilies auf der GC-Landkarte verwandelt werden, und dabei stießen wir auch auf diese schöne Idee einer Cache-Serie.

Und obwohl wir den Platz in Osnabrueck hier natürlich kennen, fiel uns das "A Fine Pair" hier vor Ort erst ein paar Wochen nach dem Urlaub auf. Wir nahmen dann Kontakt mit dem Owner der Serie auf und dann nahmen die Dinge ihren Lauf, und so findet sich nun hier mitten im Herzen von Osnabrück diese Dose.

Wir haben es relativ einfach gemacht, damit viele Cacher an der Serie partizipieren können und den Gedanken der Serie, trotz oder gerade wegen Brexit, weitertragen können. Allerdings liegen hier im Zentrum relativ viele Dosen, so dass wir etwas abseits ausweichen mussten - die Dose liegt 601 m Luftlinie (lt. https://rechneronline.de/geo-koordinaten/#umrechnung) entfernt von dieser Stelle.

Das "Fine Pair" in Deutschland war mal gelb, und in der Nähe eines ehemaligen Gebäudes dieser Organisation befindet sich auch der Cache, aber jetzt nicht mehr an oder unter den Glasvitrinen dort! Bitte auf Muggel achten, die gibt es hier reichlich, und das Logbuch nach dem Eintrag bitte wieder genau so zurückbauen wie vorgefunden! Der Container ist jetzt kleiner als vorher, nix mehr Petling, aber auch kein Nano!

In 2019 we were still allowed to go on vacation abroad, and we had deciced to explore beautiful Rosamunde Pilcher country in our fire-red Mini-Ferrari.
During the 2 weeks in Cornwall & Devon we of course had to turn some of the little hidden containers into smileys on the GC map, and came across this brilliant idea of this GC series.

And although we knew of course this place here in Osnabrueck, we did not notice the "A Fine Pair" right here in front of us until a few weeks after return from our vacation. We then contacted the owner and after some emails going back and forth the story ended with this new little container right here in the heart of Osnabrueck.

We made it relatively simple, so that many cachers can participate in this nice series and carry the idea further, despite or maybe just because of Brexit. Unfortunately, it's quite crowded with caches right here in the centre, we had to place the final physical location a bit outside, 601 mtrs from here (according to https://rechneronline.de/geo-koordinaten/#umrechnung)

The "Fine Pair" in Germany used to be yellow, and near one of those former buildings of that organisation you can find the cache, but not attached to any of the glass showcases anymore! Please be aware of muggles, there are plenty around here, and please return the cache in its original position once logged. The container is smaller than before, not a petling anymore, but also not a nano.
