To find the cache:
At the published coordinates you will find the village sign. Check out the writing on it underneath the word Ashwell.
The number of letters in the first word is A.
The number of letters in the second word is B.
The number of letters in the fifth word is C.

Checksum of all digits in the coordinates = 47
Village signs is a series of caches based on the ornate signs that depict the heritage, history and culture of the villages that put them up (normally on the village green!).
