This cache is dedicated to my wife.
My wife is mostly tolerant of my geocaching habit. Sometimes she is an enthusiastic partner; she wants to come along and help me search. Sometime she only gets out of the car to help speed up the process so we can get back on the road. Other times, my wife tells me to have fun geocaching by myself.
My family is usually suspicious whenever I want to go somewhere. They think it it just for a geocache. A lot of the times, they are correct. When we do go out, my wife is always amazed that no matter where we are, I can locate a geocache nearby. She tells stories about pulling into a gas station and finding one, or going to a restaurant, or to the movies etc.
Back when I first started geocaching, there was a cache here. After getting gas, my family went to search for it. A couple of minutes later, my wife moved the ivy and found the container. She still loves to tell how she found it before I did.
So whether you found just a handful of caches or have found too many to count, take a minute to remember when you found a cache for the first time or found it before someone else.
