Bitcoin (dále také jen BTC) je nepopulárnější kryptoměnou, a tak si v řadě TECHkeší tu svojí určitě zaslouží. Možná vás může i inspirovat k myšlence si zlomeček Bitcoinu pořídit, třeba jen pro ten pocit, že máte kousek možné budoucí náhrady zlata, tedy nositele hodnoty s omezeným výskytem na zemi a u Bitcoinu zřejmě i ve vesmíru 😊
Všechny transakce – tedy převedení nějakého počtu Bitcoinů, nebo častěji vzhledem k ceně jednoho BTC jen jeho zlomku - provedené mezi uživateli Bitcoinu jsou uloženy v distribuované účetní knize nazývané Bitcoin Blockchain. Jsou to zřetězené bloky transakcí, které jsou provázány takovým způsobem, aby nebylo možné do těch již zapsaných zpětně zasahovat. A transakce organizované v blocích se do této účetní knihy dostanou na základě shody těžařů BTC, že jsou prováděny v souladu s pravidly a někým, kdo prokázal vlastnictví převáděné částky. Těžaři potvrzují bloky transakcí vyřešením nesnadného „rébusu“ nad jeho obsahem. Obtížnost onoho rébusu je nastavována průběžně tak, aby bez ohledu na počet a výpočetní výkon těžařů jeho vyřešení trvalo v průměru 10 minut. Proto je nemožné pro jednotlivce zpětně změnit historii transakcí, neboť k tomu by bylo potřeba ohromného výpočetního výkonu.
1 BTC dnes představuje poněkud neprakticky vysokou hondnotu, proto se používají mBTC tedy tisíciny BTC nebo Satoshi, což je stomilióntina jednoho BTC a také nejmenší převoditelná jednotka BTC.
A nyní již ke kešce. K jejím souřadnicím vás dostane informace o počátečním zůstatku na BTC adrese 14WGBuwZfoGa9gDyvGcwUtR3DtXpccoJHw vyjádřená v Satoshi. Vzhledem k tomu, že je adresa nyní již veřejná, může se stát, že zůstatek na ní bude stoupat, pokud tam někdo nějaké BTC pošlě. Platí proto první transakce, která na tuto adresu nějaké BTC převedla.
