LV Apmēram 1km pirms Saulkrastu - Sējas - Raganas autoceļa, pie Gavēņu mājām atrodas neparastas formas pilskalns. 4,5m augsto pilskalnu apjož grāvis un 2-3 m augsts valnis. Iespējams, ka vietējie iedzīvotāji te raduši patvērumu 12.gs. vācu bruņinieku iebrukuma laikā.
Niecīgs pilskalns Gavēņu māju zemē, Krimuldas pag. 1,5 klm. ziem.-rietumos Ragankrogam, pie ceļa, kas ved uz Sējas muižu (Cāgenhof) ne tālu no Lobes kreisā krasta. Gavēņu māju ēkas uzceltas pašā pilskalna ziemeļmalā.
