G4 (Gaithersburg Germantown Geocaching Gathering)
There are quite a few geocaching events on leap day, but they tend to be early in the day. Some cachers already have things planned and some cachers need an event that is later instead of earlier. This is a late event for those cachers who can't make it to one in the morning.
