En vacances dans le secteur, nous aimerions rencontrer d'autres géocacheurs locaux ou de passage. Nous parlons français, anglais et espagnol et si vous avez des TBs qui souhaitent traverser l'Atlantique, n'hésitez pas à les amener puisqu'un membre de l'équipe retournera aux USA après ces vacances.
Secret Santa ?!
Le Secret Santa est un échange de cadeaux par tirage au sort pratiqué à l’approche de Noël. Le Geocaching Secret Santa est une adaptation de cette coutume à la communauté des géocacheurs. À l’occasion de cet event, chaque participant est donc invité (ce n'est pas obligatoire) à confectionner une cache qui sera attribuée à l’un d’entre nous par tirage au sort.
Tous les participants acceptant d’offrir une boîte repartiront donc avec le cadeau d’un autre geocacheur.
Le nouveau propriétaire pourra s’il le souhaite placer cette boite où bon lui semble !
Programme
- 14h00 : Accueil, geoblabla, échange de TB, photo de groupe...
- 15h00 : Tirage au sort et échange des cadeaux.
- 16h00 : Fin de l'évent.
Participation
Afin de faciliter l'organisation, merci de loguer un "will attend" en précisant le nombre de personnes présentes (adultes et enfants) et en indiquant si vous souhaitez apporter une cache et ainsi participer au tirage au sort.
Après l'évent, n'oubliez pas de loguer un "attended" (j'y étais) pour enregistrer votre participation !
On vacation in the area, we would love to meet fellow geocachers! We speak french, english, and spanish, if you have TBs that need to make it to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, you should bring them; one of our team member will return to the USA after these holidays.
Secret Santa ?!
Secret Santa is a gift exchange usually done around Christmas where one person draws randomly the name of the person they need to offer a gift to. For this event, we adapt and bring this tradition to Geocaching; every attendee (optional activity) is invited to create a cache that will be randomly gifted to another attendee during the event.
Every attendee willing to participate in the Geocaching Secret Santa activity will go home with a gift made by another attendee.
The new owner will then be able to hide the box somewhere if they want.
Programme
- 14h00 : Welcome, discussion, TBs exchange, group picture, etc.
- 15h00 : Random drawing and gift exchange.
- 16h00 : End of event.
How to attend?
To facilitate the organization, please log a "will attend" with the number of people in your party (adults and kids) and say if you will be participating in the Secret Santa exchange or no.
After the event, log an "attended"!
