It's reel! After a 2-year intermission, the West Los Angeles Geocachers and gsmX2 brings this year's Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF) to the Heart of Screenland!
Join us on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 1-3 PM at Veterans Memorial Park's Uruapan Room (4117 Overland Ave, Culver City, 90230). To help offset the room rental fee, we ask for a cash donation of $3.00-$5.00/person depending on the number of attendees. We will confirm the amount closer to the event date. Free parking lots are available along Culver Boulevard. Doors open at 1 PM and the film will start approximately at 1:40 PM. Attending this event will earn you a GIFF 2021 souvenir and a Community Celebration souvenir (if you don't already have one).
COVID-19 Information
- As a reminder, please stay home if you are feeling sick.
- The room can only accommodate 50 people so please include the number of people you are bringing in your WILL ATTEND logs if you are a caching team or bringing a friend or family member to help us keep track. If we exceed capacity, those who have not RSVP’d or did but late will be turned away at the door. A final count/list of attendees will be posted closer to the event date.
- Because this is a government facility and an indoor event, face masks will be required inside the building and room.

GIFF 2021 Global Vote for People’s Choice Film
We are happy to announce this year’s global vote for GIFF People’s Choice Film. An official “Announcement” will be posted to all approved GIFF Event cache pages when voting opens, with a link to vote. One vote per Geocaching.com player account. Voting closes Tuesday, December 7, 6:00 PM UTC time. The winner will be announced in a future Geocaching Blog.
Community Celebration Events - 2020
